HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE
Our housekeeping provides daily housekeeping service. Should you not require service, please put the privacy sign on. Should you wish to get new towels, please leave your towels on the floor, so we can replace them.

TOWELS & LINEN SERVICE – PROJECT GREEN
Towels will only be changed if they are placed on the floor of the bathroom. More information is available on the green cards in the room. Bed linen is changed every third day. Should you want your linen replaced before the 3rd day, please use your “change linen now” and place it on your pillow.

TOILETRIES
We proudly provide you our Eco-friendly bathroom amenities during your stay with us. All our toiletries are from the local brand – Aruba Aloe founded in 1890, with over 100 years of growing plants to produce world’s finest aloe products. In addition, your bathroom will also have special exfoliating skin care soap from Green Natura which feature plant-based ingredients and utilizes recycled materials for its packaging.

AIRCONDITIONING
Our standard temperature in the rooms is 23 C° or 73.4 F. If you wish to make it cooler, our housekeeping staff during the day will set the temperature back to 23 C° /73.4 F. If you wish to have your room warmer, simply increase the temperature to your liking.

SAFETY DEPOSIT BOX
Instructions are for using the safety deposit box:

BALCONY DOOR
Your balcony door has a locking system that locks when you turn the handle clockwise, leaving the handle upside down. In this position your balcony door is secure and locked.
LIGHTING & CEILING FAN
You can control the lighting system in your room,
as well as controlling the ceiling fan using the “MinkaAire®” panel
on the wall in the main room area.
